She brings in the right professional and stays on the work through closing, lease signing, or pickup.
Selling a house
Staging help, brokers, timelines, and the move out. Same desk on both sides of the sale.
Rentals & apartment leases
Listings, applications, landlords, and move-in. City or suburbs.
Condos & co-ops
Board packages, interviews, managing agents, and building rules. She has done this before.
Buying or leasing a car
Dealerships Gabriella already works with. Paperwork, pickup, and getting the old car out.

What we do not do
We are not the broker, the lawyer, or the doctor.
Gabriella does not sell real estate, practice law, provide medical care, or act as the responsible adult for a child. She finds those people, books them, and stays on the work. Licensed professionals do the licensed work.

How we bill
$60 an hour. 2-hour minimum.

Straight answers.
- What does it cost?
- $60 per hour, 2-hour minimum. That is the only public rate right now.
- What is extra?
- Groceries, gifts, parking, tolls, vendors, and anything we buy on your behalf. Those are billed after on a separate card link. Time is not mixed into that charge.
- How do I pay?
- You get a quote. You pay the time by card before the visit. After the work, unpaid extras have a Pay extras button on the statement. Nothing starts until the quote is paid.
- Are you the realtor or the car dealer?
- No. Gabriella coordinates and introduces a top realtor (Westchester, Southern Connecticut, South Florida) and dealership contacts. Licensed people do the licensed work.
- Request or Schedule?
- Request Service is for the work — errands, the house, a purchase. Schedule is only if you want to talk first. Most people should request.
- How soon will I hear back?
- Within one business day, by the phone, text, or email you leave on the form.
- Do you come to my town?
- Westchester first — Rye, Mamaroneck, Larchmont, Scarsdale, White Plains, Yonkers, and nearby. Also Southern Connecticut, South Florida, and NYC. If your town is not listed, still ask.
- Is Schedule a paid visit?
- No. Schedule is a short conversation so we can talk first. Paid work is Request Service — $60 per hour, 2-hour minimum, by card before the visit.
