Gabriella's Friendly Concierge is the data controller for this site. We keep what we need to do the work you ask for: your name, phone, email, address, household notes, vendor names, and billing details. We do not sell this information. We do not use it for ads.

When you submit the request or schedule form, that record is stored on the owner desk. Portal links are private to that household. Access codes, lockbox details, and parking notes stay on the owner desk and are not shown on a client portal.

We may share details with a realtor, attorney, dealer, or vendor only as needed to complete work you asked us to coordinate. Payment processors (Stripe, if you pay a quote) receive the card details you enter with them — we do not store full card numbers.

We keep job and billing records as needed to run the household and meet tax and legal duties. You may ask to correct or delete a record that is not required for those duties.
