Terms

Service is billed at $60 per hour with a 2-hour minimum. That is the only public rate. Time is paid by card on a quote, before the visit. Purchases, parking, tolls, and vendor charges are extra and billed after on a separate card link. Half-day, full-day, and memberships are not offered yet. Work does not start until the quote is paid.

Either party may cancel a visit with four hours' notice. Later cancels may be billed the minimum.

Gabriella's Friendly Concierge is an independent concierge desk, not an employee of the household and not a licensed professional in medicine, law, or the trades. We coordinate those people. We are not them.
